I run the production, not just the edit.

- 01Problem
Content days used to leak time at every handoff: nobody owned the shot list, raw footage arrived in three places, and the edit started with an hour of hunting for files.
- 02Approach
Treat the shoot like an operation. One run sheet that doubles as the shot list and the approval record; one delivery path for raw footage; one naming convention that survives to the export. Built after the second time it went wrong, not the first; once was enough to notice, twice was enough to fix for good.
- 03Execution
- 1Run sheetLocations, timings, shot list, talent, props — one document, shared before the day.Google Sheets
- 2ShootShot against the list; run sheet ticked live so nothing gets missed in the moment.Camera · phone · gimbal
- 3Raw deliveryFootage lands in a dated, client-coded folder within hours — same structure every time.Cloud drive
- 4Edit & postCut, captioned, exported per platform, scheduled with copy already written.Premiere · CapCut
- 04Result
Faster turnaround from shoot day to first post, fewer missed shots, and a client who can find any clip from any shoot without asking. The same system is documented on the Operations page.
