What keeps the business running.
- AI tools
- — AI-assisted workflows I use daily, this site included, to build faster and work smarter.
Things I set up and maintain.
Not things I've used. Every line below is a system I own; configured it, run it, fix it when it breaks.

Xero; invoicing & books
Set up the organisation, chart of accounts and invoice templates myself. I raise invoices, chase them, reconcile bank feeds and keep GST tidy for the accountant. Not “familiar with”; I run it.
ABN & ASIC; business registration
Registered the business, handled the ASIC name registration and renewals, and keep the compliance calendar. Solo, start to finish.

Shopify; the whole store
Theme, product pages, shipping rules, tax settings, payment gateway, apps, discount logic, order fulfilment and customer service. I built and ran Barefeet Surf's store end to end.

Productive; project & client ops
Set up the client list, project boards and templates the team works from. I track tasks, time and retainers in it, and pull client reporting straight out of it. Built it once; the whole team runs on it now.
+
Klaviyo & MailerLite; email & lifecycle
Two platforms, three operations. Klaviyo runs email for Barefeet Surf; MailerLite runs it for Brink's clients and for Greenhalgh Pickard Lawyers. Same discipline, different brand voice each time.
Working With AI.
I've built AI into how I work, not just what I use. Claude, Claude Code, Lovable, ChatGPT and Gemini are part of my day to day, for building things (this site included), solving problems, and moving faster without cutting corners.
Multiple client accounts, run autonomously.
At Brink Marketing I own client accounts through the full cycle, built on actually understanding what each client's customer wants, not just working off a brief.
